1. Agreement to Terms

VeraLink is provided by Cloud-e Corporation (“Cloud-e”), headquartered at 1444 Clove Road, Staten Island, NY 10301. By accessing or using VeraLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeraLink is a mobile application designed to facilitate accountability through random drug testing schedules, photo uploads, and secure communication between sponsors and sponsees. The Service is intended to support family accountability and recovery efforts and is operated by Cloud-e.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees

4.1 Free Access

VeraLink currently provides all sponsor and sponsee features at no cost. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or usage limits for the Service.

4.2 Future Changes

If Cloud-e introduces paid features in the future, we will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required. Continued use after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new pricing. Until such notice is provided, the Service remains free to use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate testing schedules or results
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VeraLink is a support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

IMPORTANT: VeraLink is not intended for official court-ordered testing or clinical diagnostics. Consult with legal and medical professionals for official testing requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERALINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Data Integrity

While we use cryptographic methods to ensure test result integrity, we cannot guarantee that data has not been manipulated outside our system. Results should be evaluated in context of the overall accountability relationship.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
